Property Maintenance: A part of our story
Our founder Russ Nuss, became unemployed during the market crash of 2007/2008 - With a background in Civil Engineering and hard work ethic, Russ was determined to make a way. From there he started Wedgewood One Property as a one person jack-of-all trades type handyman to support his family. He specialized in residential clients before delving into commercial property services. From these small beginnings he was able to provide vision for a growing business that provides a range of services from small homeowner projects to maintenance contracts with large corporations. Communication, hard work and timely project completion is our goal.
RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE:
Wedgewood One Property has been maintaining the appearance of shopping centers, retail buildings and residential homes since 2008. Wedgewood is experienced in landscape maintenance, handyman work, excavating, pressure washing, snow/ice removal and a variety of property maintenance support.
